-The front / back outer cover is in Indian cotton fabric with patterns printed by hand using the traditional block print technique.
-The fabric is glued and sewn to hold it in place.
-The notebook closes with a multicolored cotton tie sewn on the edge of the notebook and rolled around.
-The first page depicts the Indian god Ganesha, known for his talent as a writer among other things!
-You can slip it easily into a bag, it's also useful in the office, to keep at home on your desk or in the kitchen to jot down recipes etc.
Note that these lovely Indian notebooks are unique pieces handcrafted in India. However, imperfections are likely to be present such as the gluing of the fabric, the stitching of the pages etc., visible on the photos of each notebook. But be sure that they are all very strong to be handled over and over again and that they have a neat finish.
